I grew up surrounded by filmmaking. I studied photography in High School and then went on to study filmmaking at college. First at Santa Barbara City College for a few years of studying Digital workflows. And then onto San Francisco State University where I studied filmmaking employing 16mm film. Including cutting in a Moviola. Shooting and cutting film is a challenge to be sure, but a welcomed one for me. That is where I really learned to appreciate Editing as an art form.
